    Wtf you mean “free parking” as an incentive? I expect parking to be free when purchasing/renting any form of home.

      Assuming this is a sincere question. On the Vancouver side parking spaces in presales were about 35k in 2017 they’re now about 55k. A lot of new builds don’t include 1:1 parking space to bedroom for a while now.

      Also regarding the rental, there’s plenty of condo landlords that will not include a space or storage unless the tenant wants to pay extra. Otherwise they just post it on the bulletin board and get whatever for it anyways.

        Well, I already knew Vancouver was massively expensive. But this takes the cake.
