Quite hopeful as well. Really want to push this whole saga over as I feel like the other clubs have the jump on us in the transfer market.
Today I learned that the subscriber count shown in the “sidebar” of the community is only the number of subscribers from your own instance. So with this community, it was showing me 14 subscribers. When I checked lemmyverse.net, it showed the actual number of subscribers, which is 411 right now.

I think lemmyverse only polls occasionally as we’re actually at 441 now - it’s great either way though!
I was worried you would lose interest if there’s no response from anyone. So glad that has not been the case. Really appreciate the effort you’re putting into it.
Anyone think ETH would be willing to let Greenwood back in the team to not have to spend on a striker this summer?
I would of course be against it. Just not sure ETH feels the same given how result oriented this business is…
