They mostly come out at night. Mostly.

Please do not violate our uneasy truce with the spiders. We must gather strength before they attack again.

It’s funny, I was just thinking that this is how it feels to hear that there are more unions and more strikes than ever before. Like, yay, the situation is better, but there are still spiders and why were there so many spiders in the first place?

If there was a union there would not be a sign like this. Nobody would be going in if there were still spiders.

I agree, I wasn’t arguing with you. I’m saying that this sign reads like the news articles touting the recent accomplishments of Unions. Like it’s a good thing that it’s improving, but there’s still a problem and it’s horrifying that it was necessary in the furst place.

The job site was shut down due to a spider infestation. The site was fumigated. When the site re-opened after several days, somebody saw a cobweb in the break room. The union called an immediate meeting and voted to walk off the job.

            Times have changed.

Put a fake spider behind the sign.

We gave them hats and they’re now our friends. Except Bert. He is a cunt. As such, the perceived spider problem is mostly resolved.
