In an unfortunate turn of events, Xbox user Daddy-Vegas has received a harsh one-year ban from the Xbox network for unintentionally uploading clips of Baldur’s Gate 3 that contained nudity to the Xbox Cloud. The three clips, humorously titled ‘naked camp time fun,’ earned him escalating strikes.

There’s zero reason for these automatic cloud uploads to exist.
Especially since consoles have easily expandable storage now. If people want that stuff on the cloud, they can toggle the setting. Even if they put a prompt asking if you wanted to.
Like, maybe for save games, but no sense for clips. Especially since it’s so easy to accidentally hit the buttons for it.
