This is an interesting article that dispels the myth that an accessible website won’t be visually beautiful or appealing. Considering accessibility in the design process leads to websites that are easier to navigate and to read. These websites can be visually captivating as well as accessible.

Beauty and appeal are both extremely subjective, even their example looks terrible me to. Those yellows just look like baby barf, we’ve had to repaint rooms after designers choose similar colours and the employees complained immediately after moving back in.
