Got several teachers in my family and they are all very vocal about how parents are by far one of the worst parts of their jobs. Every parent thinks their kid is the most important thing in the entire universe and should get premium treatment, usually at the cost of the other children (or even to spite the other children). They make absolutely insane demands and accusations and display extreme ignorance in regards to education and how the school their own child attends actually works.

I had the pleasure of watching the end of a U10 futsal game before my son’s game, they had to bring in the tournmmet director to start throwing parents out. It’s my belief that the worst parents are the ones of younger kids. I don’t know if the parents mellow out/get used to bad calls or the bad parents get weeded out.
