Using jerboa fwiw and I miss mindlessly swiping through my reddit feed

Sometimes Jerboa gets “stuck” but you should be able to doomscroll using the app.

    Otherwise Connect works great

Jerboa is my fav so far because it gives the name of the community and OP above the post and the up/down/reply buttons are big enough to see. Getting stuck scrolling and sometimes having to re-click the button to post replies are the only issues I’m having.

Wefwef also gets stuck on iOS. When backing out of a post. But if you slightly swipe right on a post and stop before it turns into an upvote, it releases and doom scrolling can recommence.

Just started hunting around for memmy. It’s in closed beta but should be on the AppStore in the next 24hrs. Deffo going to check it out. Wefwef is going to have some limitations not being able to control overriding ios actions.

Huh, I only got it a couple weeks ago, and iirc anyone could sign up and check it out. Must have gone closed in that time.

TestFlight obviously hit a limit. But if it’s out in the next day on the App Store… that’s a major milestone with Apple saying it meets all the requirements. Looking forward to it. Wefwef is good, very good, but I recon is going to struggle controlling its actions without the OS taking over. Such as clicking through community links etc. time will tell.

I don’t think they’re referring to scrolling through posts (they literally say that they’re using jerboa which lets you do that), but opening a post a swiping to the next one without going back to the homepage. Something I’m also waiting for an app to have.
