Yeah or just pour some over to a small jar you put behind your coffee liquor bottle and they can just chill in there. No need to keep those beans any fresh.
Blend it. Yeah it might result in an unpredictable result as I haven’t tuned the grinder settings for it, but it’s still good.
I also have a bean to cup that my SO uses, so left over beans get chucked into the hopper on that.
