As a Brit, good!
We should not be following the world’s most prolific terrorists into any conflicts, especially considering their track record of losses 😂
Very good, they should also do it to Germany.
Don’t forget Canada
This posting bot seems to have a massive bias. So weird.
What’s the bias? And what makes you think this is a bot?
Post history. No matter how often this theme gets shot down, this OP posts it again.
What’s the “theme”? This is an article about lawyers prepping a case against the US & UK. Is the article inaccurate?
The theme is that the US is to blame for the current events in Gaza without question. Maybe so, but posting the same information from different websites clearly means the OP is on a mission. The article is irrelevant.
Why? You haven’t said a single substantive thing. Are you a bot?
Wut
Thats the stupidest thing ive heard in a while. So every country that sells arms to any state is liable for all crimes committed with it? So Iran and Turkey are responsible for Putins actions? Thats just ridiculous.
Genocide. You know they are attempting to commit genocide and you help out. That is being complicit.
There is an “Obligation to prevent genocide (Article I)” which, according to the ICJ, has an extraterritorial scope. See the Genocide Convention Fact Sheet here https://www.un.org/en/genocideprevention/documents/Genocide Convention-FactSheet-ENG.pdf
That’s ridiculous. What you know is far from what is true. And yes, I am speaking about you specifically.
That’s not it. The US and UK (mostly the US) continue to defend Israel on the international stage, making it impossible for the UN to enforce a meaningful resolution. And they’re giving them aid.
I mean, there’s a reason Germany isn’t on this lawsuit. Think about it for a minute.
Weird, because the lawyer is claiming so: ‘“We intend to bring legal proceedings against the U.S. Government based on overwhelming evidence that the U.S. Government has, and is, aiding, abetting and supporting, encouraging or providing material assistance and means to Israel and the Israeli Defense Forces. This conduct by the U.S. Government has enabled and continues to enable Israel to engage in international crimes against the Palestinian people,” the South African lawyers said in a letter sent to US President Joe Biden on January 2.’
