I feel like this is going to just make people look for greener pastures. Not more expensive than having to hire new employees.
The execs only can see short term gains, and are blind to long term profitability. I find that this is the case for most large companies.
The average executive in a large company would rather pocket $5 today instead waiting 5 years and making $5000 from investing it in the company.
Mainly because they all have a 5 year plan that says it will be somebody else’s issue then.
