Take a car. Go to the Winchester, have a nice cold pint, and wait for all of this to blow over.

Yeah, fuck about 40% of Texas that is able to use their brain. They should’ve thought about not being born in Texas, or maybe reconsidered being too poor to move.

They haven’t. Secession isn’t possible, at least not the way they’re* talking about doing it. And the very act of trying is called rebellion in which the federal government will then have the authority to arrest and detain the state government of Texas. Which, quite frankly, would be amusing beyond belief. I can only wish the dimwitted pinhead GOP of Texas were that astoundingly dumb.

That is a really convoluted way to get the US to annex Mexico.

We dropped nukes because Japan touched our boats. You think the US would let someone take a state, even if it was being bitchy?

Even if Texas wants to leave that doesn’t mean it gets to. It’s been pretty well established since the civil war that the union is indivisible. once you’re a state, you stay a state, no take backsies.

Texas can think it’s all on its own as much as it wants to, but the US government will consider it a state throughout the entire conflict. Anyone who tries to mess with it will have to deal with the US government just like if they invaded any other state.
