I’ve been trying to register for an account for lemmy.blahaj.zone. On my PC, the only thing I can find is an instance titled blahaj.zone. I tried signing up for that and it worked, but the site is this weird Tumblr knockoff instead of what I’m used to with instances and communities. I have no idea how to navigate this thing. Where the hell are all the communities??? Why is it just users posting stuff to their followers???
Is lemmy.blahaj.zone affiliated with blahaj.zone? If not, why can’t I access lemmy.blahaj.zone on my computer? I am posting on jeroba for Lemmy on my phone since that is the only place that’s letting me access lemmy.blahaj.zone (but won’t let me log on with the account I made on blahaj.zone on my computer).
Can someone help me with this/explain what’s going on? I’m very confused.

EDIT: Lemmy.blahaj.zone is back up. Horray
blahaj.zone is a mastodon instance, lemmy.blahaj.zone is a lemmy instance, both are ran by the same admin team afaik. lemmy.blahaj.zone has been down (at least for me) today, but looks like it’s back up now

Thanks for the clarification. I’m still new to the inner workings of all of this. That explains why my login will only work on one but not the other.
I have been trying to access blahaj lemmy for a while and I think it’s been down for a bit. I couldn’t find anything about it on other instances but it’s back for me now so maybe give it a try now. Also I think blahaj.zone is run by the same people as the lemmy, and considering it’s the same domain this is probably true.
I sent a message to a mod on blahaj.zone about the Lemmy instance and it appears to be back up today.

Currently lemmy.bahaj.zone appears to be down, I’m not sure why but it’s been down all day
Accessing it from another instance is a bit odd but basically you’re interacting with your instance and the post will federate over to lemmy.blahaj.zone when it’s back up
