Totally. Kinda wanted to create a body text description, but I’m lazy and it falls flat without the announcer voice.
Yeah, the specific voice makes that jingle. That’s hard to recreate.

The Enterprise-D barber was first seen in “Data’s Day” (TNG), where he was played by Shelly Desai and named V’Sal in the script, although that name was never used on air. In later episodes, the character was called Mr. Mot and was played by Ken Thorley. We suspect the two were supposed to be the same person, since it seems unlikely that the Enterprise-D would have two barbers who were both Bolians.
