You’re still entitled to dissent. You’re being fired for missing 40+ days of work.
Objections are expected, constructive feedback is welcome, absence can be excused, but refusing to do the job is just quitting without a letter.
Right?
You can lodge an abstain vote.
You can vote no.
You can’t just take off for a world class holiday and call it dissent.
Sure hope their little feelings are real hurt by accountability for their actions. Don’t show up, you get fired. Makes sense to me.
