I have a creality cr 10 smart pro. I tried everything but mobile app won’t connect. Restarted device, used Bluetooth, qr code and wifi for connection but no success, it just won’t connect. Do I have a faulty unit or I’m doing something wrong

Cant answer that, but consider klipper firmware and mainsail if you can get a raspberry pi or something like that. You can use web browser or mobileraker app. Its amazing
