    As a Onedrive user, this is a big deal to me. If this feature ended up implemented in Nautilus 46, I will no longer need to rely on web app to access Onedrive

      You can use rclone. It “mounts” the cloud storage to a folder.

      Btw. It does support more providers than just OneDrive.

            Huh, I remember trying a year or two to get my Google drive setup and there was only paid options out there.

              rclone is definitely open-source. I just used it to set up sync for my KeePass DB, since the KDE-integrated GDrive doesn’t work with KeePassXC. It takes a bit to set up (mostly because the Google Cloud console is fucking awful and takes seconds to register any interaction), but works nicely afterwards.

    Not something I ever plan to use, but some people will expect it.

    I can imagine it’ll be particularly useful in workplaces or universities that use OneDrive.

      Alright, don’t use it then. So long as they don’t advertise it in a huge banner every 2 hours (like a certain other operating system proudly does), you’ll never have to see it.
