That’s a difficult title to parse
Just take it one word at a time
It’s not that it is incomprehensible, rather that it reads like a garden path sentence
The problem for me was that ‘housing’ could be either a verb or a noun, and at first I wasn’t sure which
I don’t disagree with y’all I just was lucky and read it before my brain was warmed up today
