Why is she sitting on her jacket, in her shorts, on the toilet seat? That just seems gross for all clothes.
looks like the lid is shut at least, so, she’s probably using them as padding. And she’s perhaps monopolizing the bathroom for privacy, as I have seen many people do when they have the burrowing instinct of a feral animal.
