    House cheetahs…

If you see a big one, you’ve got lots of smaller ones. They’re nocturnal, so you won’t see them during the day unless you disturb them sleeping. At night (early am) they hunt.

The good news is they don’t cause damage, the bad news is they’re around because you have bugs that likely do cause damage.

These things will eat all the other bugs, then the big ones eat the smaller ones.

Make sure your house is sealed up so bugs stop getting in, these will take care of what’s inside and then themselves. When you think it’s just these left, put out glue traps under furniture. When one gets stuck, the rest try to it eat and get stuck.

Thanks for the info! She was chilling in the door jam and was startled when I opened it to go outside. She ran into the house while I was shoving a camera in her face. I tried to shoo her outside, but she wasn’t having it. House cheetah is a good description!

I found one of these in the bathtub as a kid. Looked like an alien lifeform to me and it moved so fast. I was super freaked out until I found out they are helpful little buddies that eat the bad bugs.

Coming in from all, I’m glad you folks like these because stuff like this is why I live up in the mountains where there’s barely any insects, especially inside.
