I can relate, but swap the junk food for crunchy apples or protein enriched yogurt with no-added-sugar protein cookies into it - has to keep my body mass strong, after alll!
Yesterday a random person verbally assaulted my boyfriend and I because we were, appropriately, touching one another in a space that I used to consider a sanctuary for myself.
Today I stayed in bed until 2pm and ate chocolate covered cashews and drank tea.
