The order makes him inactive as of March 30, 2024. Here’s his California State Bar page.

As a fellow attorney, it was extremely satisfying to see his updated status and the big, glaring consumer alert. He abused the privilege and is a disgrace to the legal community and (what remains of) the justice system.

how are habba and trump’s other attorneys avoiding contempt for their shitty filings and clients repeated violations of gag orders? aren’t they officers of the court who would normally be chastised for this shit?

The judges that are allowing him to not pay his debts and do nothing when he breaks gag orders should also be disbarred.

Iirc u can’t do that. Only impeach them. I don’t think u have to be licensed as an atty to be a judge in the us

One state down, 49 to go. 50 if you count DC

Edit: California. The state that he’s disbarred from is California.

A lawyer only has a license in one state where they passed the bar. They then are offered a kind of “reporicty” from other state bars to practice in other states. California offers reciprocity in the following states:

CO, DC, IL, IN, IA, ME, MD, MA, MI, MN, MT, NE, ND, OH, OR, TN, TX, VT, WA, WI

Being disbarred in California means hes not a lawyer anywhere anymore.

Technically, he is placed in “involuntary inactive status” pending Supreme Court review

Exactly. The court will have to review, but they’ve pulled his ticket for now

He burned his hand on the Staff of Ra’s Amulet headpiece

In the end, his face will completely melt off as he looks directly at The Ark of the Covenant

The sad part is while this validates everything sane people have been saying about January 6th, Trump and his minions will just say this proves that the system is broken because they’re going after a good man who was just doing his job etc.

When you have zero morals, the bullshit writes itself.
