A long time ago in an alleyway far far away…
That has to be Ireland. I passed so many piles of poop on the sidewalk, and with the number of homeless, I don’t think they were dog poop piles. I love Ireland, but this has to have been photographed in Ireland.
It could be pretty much any city in the UK too. Lots of homeless and lots of assholes who don’t pick up after their dogs. London has over 10,000 people living on the streets.
