I didn’t think hydraulic fluid was flammable.
Oh yeah it’s not far from being motor oil. Which is also flammable when aerosolized.
It probably would not have been a serious issue if they hadn’t opted for the flammable ceiling tiles.
Anything can be flammable under the right conditions.
