It’s an indie game, made by a single dev. Some people (me including) like trying out these games.

It’s fine if they aren’t for you, you don’t have to play them, just because someone made this game, isn’t stopping any AAA dev from making another game. So, enjoy what you like and let people enjoy what they like.
