    “swing states”…

Biden just said he’s focusing on Florida…

Even tho he lost it by the largest margin in literal decades, and trump is polling 10% higher than 2020.

He’s trying to find a path to victory without those handful of actual swing states that got him elected, because due to Israel and other positions Biden has, he ain’t gonna win them again.

This is like being an Uber on the interstate and the driver pulls out a crack pipe. If we force him to pull over, it makes a crash more likely, we can’t jump out because we’re going 90 on an interstate. So our only option is trying to talk down a crazy crackhead with a death wish.

    And he just ain’t listening.

Biden has won Florida as many times as Trump by running with Obama.

The popular meme that Florida is Republican is simply not true. There are more registered Democrats than Republicans. Like Georgia, it’s a matter of mobilizing that vote. Obama knew this, which is why he won the third largest electoral state twice.

Not since 2021. There are now more registered Republicans than Democrats in Florida. There has been a large influx of Republicans in the last 4 years. Republican 5,215,016 Democrat 4,359,315

So almost a million more registered Republicans.

Last time bidden won Florida as Obama’s VP the mix was just a bit more Democrats then Republicans.

            Republican 4,718,720 Democrat 4,975,895

            https://dos.fl.gov/elections/data-statistics/voter-registration-statistics/voter-registration-reports/voter-registration-by-party-affiliation/

The last Democratic governor left office in 1999. Our last Democratic senator lost in 2019.

Florida was a purple state 10 years ago but not anymore. Last year 700,000 people moved here and 500,000 left.

Personally all my trans friends have left for obvious reasons and my wife’s Republican family members have been moving here.

What does that have to do with Biden losing Florida by a bigger margin than any candidate from either major party in 20 years?

Or about how trump is polling over Biden in Florida by 10 more points than 4 years ago when Biden got that historic loss?

Like, your response to that was pointing out if Americans believe a Dem is progressive, then they can win states a neoliberal can’t?

Like, there’s nothing for me to say, because you’re unintentionally making all my points for me bro…

A Dem can win lots of states we normally dont. But Joe Biden can not win those state.

Because voters don’t like Joe Biden.

You don’t like Biden. That doesn’t mean everybody else does.

Fact is that Florida is getable. The Democratic party in Florida didn’t get people to the polls last cycle. Now with abortion and Marijuana on the ballot, and with campaign money and help, that could change. BTW, McCain polled over Obama in Florida too. Still lost.

That doesn’t mean everybody else does.

                Polling does tho…

Fact is that Florida is getable

For a (relatively) young progressive lots of red states are winnable.

But give a red state a choice between a Republican and a neoliberal, and they’ll pick the Republican.

Neoliberalism isnt working. But the neoliberals running the DNC won’t admit that, because then they wouldn’t be running a party anymore.

I have zero idea why you keep acting like Biden and Obama are interchangeable. The only reason Biden was the VP to a president 19 years younger than him, was to reassure neoliberals. Biden was almost 30 years older than Obama on their first day as presidents.

You seem to think they put Biden on the ticket because they’re interchangeable. I just don’t understand how anyone can think that.

    what aggressive campaign strategy?

using the same one as Trump back and forth jabs

the article was more or less like all the Biden articles of late

    look who has more funding

    what happened to debates

this whole election just like this useless article has devolved to funding and about how much witty word jabs you can come up with

both candidates are now just using word jabs back and forth with no debating

but both sides are not the same

both past retirement, neither have a future for the US that benefits the citizens (forgot Biden is responsible for women’s research forgot he is owed sucking), and both had poor performances while in office (forget again that was not Biden’s fault he had a bad presidency always Republicans fault just like it is the Democrat’s fault when Republicans are in office), both candidates had back breaking inflation during their terms neither one dealing with the $7.25 minimum wage (some still use the server minimum at $5.50 or lower), during both of these two candidate’s presidencies we lost rights

Hard to have a debate when one side refuses to show up.
