Kept in solitary confinement for somewhere between 800 and 1200 days, but nobody knows for sure how long or who ordered it because the private prison company that runs this facility and ICE, the government agency they’re running it in behalf of, can’t get their shit together enough to answer a few simple questions about this human being they killed
Oh, but they did have their shit together enough to go to court and convince a judge that state law doesn’t apply to them and when state inspectors show up to verify detainees are being treated humanely they can just tell those inspectors to go fuck themselves
