They also smell terrible if you wear them all day. Source: my daughter’s stinky Croc feet.

People are weird. I don’t understand it either. One of my kids always did that: we’d go for a hike or out for the day and he’d insist Crocs were most comfortable, but he usually seemed to regret it

Other downside is that they are fucking ugly. But really comfortable. I made it a point to get the ugliest one I can find. If I’m going to have ugly ass things like that, I better get the ugliest.

I wear them in the house every day.

Are you doubting my jibbit game? I’ve got spider-man, iron-man, mjolnir, wolverine, an astronaut, and Luigi.

        Don’t doubt my game.

They are really comfy. And they obviously breathe, but aren’t cold at all, so I haven’t been wearing my house slippers anymore, since they make my feet sweat.

The first thing I do when I get home is put them on. Haven’t had footwear as comfortable as these.

I usually leave the heel latch up, so they are more like slippers, easy to slip in and out.

How do you get those pins to stay on? I tried Red Sox ones (so I could wear sox with Crocs), but they fell off after several weeks. They are way too expensive for what they are to keep buying more

They just stay on. A friend of mine bought jibbits on aliexpress, thinking it was only 5 or 10. It was 50, and dirt cheap. Just a random selection, and I could have how many I wanted.

For the price of 1 “official” one.

Crocs are just sandals for people who are self-conscious.

I say they exact opposite because they are so ugly you have to not be self conscious at all to wear them. The primary people I know who wear them wear them when looking good isn’t a big deal (they are wearing scrubs in a hospital).

Which is ironic, because now everyone will be looking at those ugly Crocs the person is wearing.

Crocs are billboards on your feet that say “don’t fuck me.”

I love my crocs and wear them during the warm months of the year.

They are also not good in the rain.

I wear socks with them and give them a good soapy wash frequently. Never had any smell issues.

They are great for traveling. They pack well and are easy going through security. Last year in Aruba I was pulled aside for secondary screening and they took my crocs to dust for explosives. I thought that was odd. I would never think of putting explosives in a pair of holey shoes lol.

Friction issues, they’ll chafe if they’re wet. Best to wear socks with em.

        They wear socks in Crocs.

I don’t. In the rain, snow, or deep enough puddle, my feet may get wet so walking may chaff a bit, but the advantage is how quickly both my feet and the Crocs dry

Providing a warm home for spiders is not all bad. Do you prefer flies or the eaters of them?
