Michael’s had some. It was a little underwhelming, but I think more is on the way.

What was your best purchase of last year?
Mine was a crow statue from Michaels. I used it for the post image.
Hooray! We saw a small amount at Joann Fabrics yesterday. We weren’t impressed by their “sale” prices. So, we only bought some window clings and a small pumpkin decoration for my son’s room.
Our best purchase last year was a new projector and some hay bales for our singing pumpkins. We’ve had the pumpkins, but we didn’t have sufficient projection for outdoors.

My wife and I bought that exact same crow/raven statue last year from Michael’s. We really liked Michael’s selection of gothic themed items last year and we’re hoping they add more this year.
Haven’t had an opportunity to check out the various stores this year yet, but with September only days away, it won’t be long.I went to Michael’s yesterday. This year they have an odd selection. There is a love and glamour theme and there is another theme that looks like candy (not Halloween candy). It’s odd, but I think for people who have loads of Halloween things, it gives them a chance to have something new.
