DEFINITELY not when you account for all the money that goes into the pockets of corrupt politicians and their friends without ever being used on maintaining or improving infrastructure.
More money isn’t the solution to corruption.
No, better regulations and enforcement of same is. The corruption persists because it’s allowed to.
But you need money to enforce regulations. More money is absolutely the solution.
