Wow you’re right! The game in the screenshot is a Flash game, probably inspired by or a knock off of Scorched Earth :)

Line Rider in my high school days. Before then, lots of bonus dot com games. Withholding the URL because it’s nothing like it used to be. Now I guess it’s a gambling thing. Back in like 2000 it had a ton of great flash games.
Jazz jackrabbit 2 and mortal Kombat 3 were the games on my school computers as a kid, i really miss those
