I have been searching for this person’s name for years, after people have pointed out my own blood type tattoo. Mine is for medical reasons. Anyway, after having people jokingly reference the scene where Jesse says, “A minus? Why not an A plus?” I haven’t been able to find the scene online, or the actor’s name on any website. I found a website that once named one of the rival characters as being portrayed by “Lauren (can’t remember the last name)”. They didn’t have a picture for that actor/actress. It’s like they removed all content online that has that actor/actress in it. Any ideas on who portrayed that person?
Just for the record, vast majority of medical personnel either won’t look at your tattoo and/or won’t care.
Kinda like a “DNR” tattoo. If there’s no legal paperwork then it’s meaningless.
It’s a clue to start looking for the paperwork though. Flogging some poor soul back to a life they don’t want only to suffer isn’t fun for anyone involved.
Not happening. No obvious paperwork, then it’s off to the races. We’re not on a “treasure hunt” just because of a tattoo.
I didn’t mean to imply to drop everything and look. But as something that should be noted and mentioned to someone who could find that info. Healthcare care isn’t a solo sport. I am aware of the laws and protocols.

Maybe different reactions in other geographical regions, but, in the New England area (U.S.), EMS won’t even consider any medical tattoos.
Generally, tattoos for movies and TV shows are made up. They either cover up real ink on the actors or they create fake ones.
So knowing the actor wouldn’t help you, it would help find the episode or the scene, but that’s about it.
There are exceptions:
If you can remember some dialogue, but not much else, then usually the best thing to do is download/rip the subtitles, and search them.

I just binged breaking bad last month and I gotta tell ya, I don’t really remember any scene like this. Maybe start looking at other Aaron Paul work, I think you’re mistaken about it being from BB.

I’ve watched BB a few times but I can’t say I recognise the reference. Still, if you’re sure that’s the line he says, try searching on yarn.co. It generates gifs from movie and TV quotes so it might help to narrow things down.

I rewatched BB within the past year and nothing really springs to my mind. This doesn’t seem like a scene that would immediately get clipped and given a relevant title, so I doubt searching keywords would help much. Sounds like a good time for you to rewatch the series ;). Only other option would be to check a bigger Breaking Bad community, which I don’t believe exists on the Fediverse. I’d hesitantly suggest r/breakingbad

No. I googled him and that doesn’t look like the actor of whom I’m thinking. It’s an actor who had a shaved head in the series and I think he typically wore long sleeve denim, or canvas shirts and pants. He never smiled.
