      Clearing cookies across all of the browser will erase all the login data from all websites, thus logging you out of them, so stay careful when doing that. Clearing the cache data might also help, though.

    Can you please give as much detail as possible about what happens? A screen recording would be ideal. What device are you using? And which browser? Also, are you using a VPN? Does anything change if you switch browsers? And what about switching internet connection (e.g. using mobile data)? If you’re on desktop/laptop and using Chrome, you can press F12, or Ctrl+J to open the browser console to see if there are any red messages. Screenshot those if you see any and link them here.

      Thank you sooo much for reaching out! I’m using a Xiaomi (Mi) notebook pc and a chrome browser. No VPN and I can’t use mobile data. I’ve changed to internet explorer and It was the same situation… stuck at starting. I opened the browser console, but there were no red messages, just orange . it all looks like this. I hope It can be fixed😒 ! Thank you again for looking into this !!

        Hmm, can you click the console tab and screenshot all logs there for me? You’ll probably have to take several screenshots. By the looks of it there are 18 errors (most of these will be irrelevant/harmless though), but you might need to scroll up.

        Please also try these two things, and report exactly what happens:

        • Try clicking the profile pic in the top-right of a normal chrome window (next to the 3 vertical dots) and click “Guest”. This will open a browsing session with all Chrome extensions disabled.
        • Try downloading Firefox and testing that.

        And to be clear, you don’t see anything other than “Starting…” right? I.e. no error messages like “Failed” after a while?

          Hi! Are you still there? Thank you so much and my apologies for the late reply. I’ve tried everything you’ve suggested and still no luck (Guest browsing session, Firefox download…even allowing 3rd party cookies on the site). I’m not sure what the console tab is…but I’m guessing it’s showing the code. Are these the screenshots you want?

            Thanks for that! So the problem is that the anti-bot verification is failing. Next step is to work out why. Can you show screenshots of the console in Guest mode? i.e. click the profile pic in the top-right of a normal chrome window (next to the 3 vertical dots) and click “Guest”. This will open a browsing session with all Chrome extensions disabled. Then open the console and see if you get the same “Cloudflare Turnstile” errors. Screenshot the logs you see there.

            Also, some questions:

            1. Is there anything unusual about your internet connection? Or is it just a regular home ISP? Or business connection? etc.
            2. If you visit https://ip-api.com/ and scroll down to the data on your ISP, does it say this at the bottom:
                "mobile": false,
                "proxy": false,
                "hosting": false

            I.e. are they all false, or is there a true value?

              Hi! Thanks for getting back to and identifying the problem! its impressive! To answer your last two questions: 1st: My internet is not different or unusual but a regular ISP. 2nd: I screen shot the api and the values were all false as seen in the attachment

              The console screenshots are also attached because the same turnstile issue is still happening:
