    Googled it (I’m not about to use international minutes for you) and found a YouTube video. It’s marketing for an AI service. Their first point of contact is bland, a conversational AI with a synthetic voice that makes your appointment to talk to a real person about the service.

        They literally named it “bland.” Even they don’t think it’s exciting.
