What do you mean? They constantly adjust the female talent’s hair, even in shot.
Also, at every cut there’s plenty of time to take a break to fix the hair.
A lot of talents that don’t have straight and well conditioned hair often have their hair braided or pony tail style, if not going for frizzy 80-90’s style, afro or similar.
