      If this TV ever died, it just became the TV stand for a new model without the console. Just stick it on top! Easier than trying to move this thing out

        I just repaired a 2004ish crt and had forgotten that noise. Also, holy crap I also forgot about the high voltage >_<

    I was gifted a Heathkit TV that looked just like this, long after it went out of fashion. But a free TV was a pretty big score back then, so I used it for years. The remote control used audible high pitched tones to communicate with the TV.

    My grandma had one of these. She eventually got a new TV, and used this as a stand for it. Just a tablecloth hid what it really was.

    We literally had this model, or very fuckin close. Ours had the push buttons and remote slot hidden behind the right hand side door

        Although I would argue it could count as baked in furniture. Fancy wood slats. I almost thought it was a Fractal North case.
