I am being unfairly targeted with temp bans despite doing my best to follow the moderators requests.
For the curious:
https://lemmy.world/modlog?page=1&userId=6830423All of the “Boo hoo I was banned” posts lead to someone showing the mod-log, and the (temp)ban being completely justified.
I honestly can’t be bothered to even check at this point. Unless your boo-hoo post comes with extensive receipts I’m assuming you were in the wrong and downvoting.
If supporting evidence does arrive I’ll gladly switch my vote but haven’t had to yet.
Thanks

Obvious answer is to move to an instance that does moderation properly.
You want an instance that allows someone to spam the same comment on every thread?
I see now that OP was being maliciously compliant.
Most of the time when someone complains about a ban on here, it’s in bad faith
Just curious, do you have an opinion regarding mods listing fake/defamatory reasons for bans? Nothing you did, just seeking opinions.
That sounds bad. When did it happen? In this case it’s quite clear from the modlog that OP was doing what the mods said.
The other day, but it doesn’t bother me. Was on my home instance.
I’m just saying in general, modlog is ripe for targeted abuse at someone. For example, what if the mod banned this user and instead of the listed reason being ‘spam’, it was listed as ‘spamming n word’. Now the user’s account has a public action on it indicating racism.
