Even if it’s only driven by inflation, reduced beef consumption will do the Earth a lot of good.
Chicken farms are still a horrorshow though and will get even worse with rising demand. Not that cattle farms are any better.
Those kind of news are 20 years too late. Fast food went full chicken long long ago.
