Uh no. Anarchism: some people wash dishes. Some don’t because they can do what they like.
I guess you don’t have to but then what are you going to do, eat off of dirty dishes?
Based on what I know of roommates:
Use someone else’s dishes
Eat off dirty dishes
Eat off of the counter
Buy new dishes
Lol you forgot, eating straight from the pan and just washing the pan.
Or just ordering delivery every night
