Translation:

I looked at the comic before the title and self translated (guessed) that he asked “can I pet your dog” to which the owner replies “no” but he goes to pet anyway
It was almost funnier when I initially thought that “morde” would be “murder” (like in Germanic languages)
In German “Mord” is murder, so I guess he does
American dog.
What language? This comic feels very American. I am surprised it came from somewhere else.
Italian, not sure of origin
But he can hurt you in other ways.
