insinuated that Judge Juan Merchan “hates” him because he immigrated to the U.S. from Colombia.

    At the age of 6.

I’m not sure about Colombia, but in NY we call that “racism.”

They’re conservatives. They care about hierarchy. They’re the “good Latinos”, and dislike others who didn’t just get into the country automatically when they stepped onto dry land.

Honestly Mexicans are more conservative and it’s pretty dumb of the Republicans to cater to random white racists. I bet as Mexicans in the US gain wealth the Republicans will just pretend to have loved them all along. “Those were other Republicans, not real ones like us.”

Its only a matter of time until theyre considered “white”.

For those of you who are unfamilair with the term “whiteness”, you should look at how the irish and italians werent considered “white” until it was convenient.

The scourge of single-issue voters. The party spits in their face, but it’s all ok if they “support” the right thing.

An intelligent person wouldn’t publicly insult the judge overseeing his case, but maybe he’s quite confident that he’ll never see consequences.

It’s not like he’s gotten away with it multiple times or anything.

It would be absolutely marvelous that after he’s found guilty that the judge locks him up and orders him held through his appeal process because of the absolute shitbag he is and has been this entire trial.

    Will someone grow a spine?

Stay tuned to the next episode of Land of the Free and Home of the Brave.

    end credits roll

No. He’s a political candidate. What we’re hoping for is a speedy denial of an appeal. But he’ll slow play that part as much as he can, too.

All this wait-until-the-campaign-year BS is just BS. Prosecute when you have sufficient proof. I can’t believe it all happened to land this year on accident.

And, no, I am very definitely Not defending Trump. I’m upset they didn’t do this shit last year. Or the year before.

Its true - the justice system was slow when it had enough people and resources to handle its workload. And that was 200 years ago.

Still. A treasonous secret-selling “president” who’s going TO DO IT AGAIN you’d think somebody with a brain, a heart, a love for this country and a super-secret red button to handle such matters - you’d think they’d have handled it by now. Guess not.

That’s what pisses me off about Colorado kicking him off the ballot. No shit it got overturned. Ballots and whatnot were probably already printed (not from CO btw). It’s not that they don’t have a case… they most certainly do. They had 3 years, and they wait until a couple months before the primary? At that point, it is interference.

To be fair, I was born here, and i hate trump with some serious spin. So, it’s not particularly relevant.

Also, unlike trump, the judge is smart and professional and has an ethical code. He probably sleeps fine.
