What has happened to me thrice already is that I end up posting a furry meme to [email protected] instead of here.
There should be a version where the image thumbnails are replaced with Lemmy memes communities.
And here I thought you were doing that on purpose to spread the furry to the masses.

Is the share menu on newer Android version still such a mess?
I’m on version 9 and every time the share menu opens it seems to pick a new random way to sort the available apps, no ‘most used’ or anything. And then there’s this direct messenger/chat feature popping up above all the other apps suddenly as you’re already about to tap which is truly horrifying.
It got far better on…version 12 and newer I think it was. Some parts of the share menu still seem fairly random like who it suggests you might want to share with. But they’ve at least locked in where “copy link” and a few other things are so they’re consistent.
I’m on version 12 and it still seems completely random. I use QKSMS and it persistently tried to put my boss and extended family’s SMS quicklinks at the top of the sharing menu, so I had to download a program called Watt and disable QKSMS’s sharing module manually to stop it from happening. If it could just deterministically let me enable/disable and/or sort the sharing menu I wouldn’t have to live in fear of it.

Haha you can say sharing on Android is a bit dangerous. Therefore I rather like to use my gallery app for sharing. Still I need to be very careful, not to choose the wrong contact accidentally, especially when they have the same name lmao.
