He just walked to me and asked for belly rubs the first time I’ve seen him. Since then he adopted me.
Looks like one of mine, that’s recently taken to disappearing for days at a time before coming back home :/

I think you misunderstand what is happening. You’re merely guests in the cats second home, and he’s making sure you’re not misbehaving in his property. That cat is on the make.
