Surely they mean harder to counter fit?
I found be surprised if that’s what they meant. I have no doubt they want it to be even more of a hassle. Why? Because DMVs everywhere are where satan sends the professionals.
The new North Carolina driver’s licenses will be made of a completely new material. It’s much harder than the current one and will sound more like metal than plastic if you drop it.
That sounds maybe a bit excessive, but I have to say after moving here last year, I was shocked how flimsy the license felt compared to where I came from (VA).
