    Moroder was a huge influence on Daft Punk, and growing up in the late 80s and early 90s I never understood why I liked some 70s or 80s songs so much or why some had such replayability, turns out moroder was behind many of them: neverending story, top gun, Scarface…

        Yeah, that’s where I learned of the connection, dug back through moroder and so much of random movie soundtrack and songs that I inexplicably liked made sense.

    I love this song. There is a lot of history behind it and it’s always fun talking to people when this randomly comes on and I’m with someone. The craziest part is how almost nobody ever knows who it is until I tell them.
