They won’t, when Zelensky’s party rose to power, they went on a mission to persecute any Russians, including bans on the Russian language and funny enough also persecution of the left “cuz Left = Soviet = Russian”.

They did not displace anyone. Most of Crimeans were happy to become part of Russia and only a small percentage moved to other parts of Ukraine.
