Hey there, getting into black metal, I don’t know much about it at all. I was wondering if someone could recommend me any bands and/or albums to listen to first, or suggest an order to listen to them. I already like Immortal (especially songs from Diabolical Fullmoon Mysticism, At The Heart Of Winter and I really like the song Tyrants, probably because of my main sub-genre being Thrash). I like the songs Under a Funeral Moon - Darkthrone, War - Burzum, and the self-titled album Bathory. There are more songs but I won’t list them all here.
There’s a lot of fun stuff if you dig into the historical albums of the genre ofcourse!
