      There would need to be a vacancy or Congress would need to vote on the expansion of SCOTUS before there was a nomination.

      However he can, and should, go on a District and Appeals judge seating spree until every last spot is filled.

          Incorrect. The President has immunity from criminal convictions for official acts. That does not mean full control of the government.

          He can’t seat more Justices. He’d have a better chance getting away with incarcerating a few of them.

            So they do have full control provided you also have a branch of crazyvloyal enforcement units to threaten other officials into compliance.

      Isn’t that what it’s all been about, this whole experiment? No one person can ever encapsulate everything an electorate of millions of people want. Except, when they do we can give praise.
