Unamused cat would have its ears back. Nervous or hostile cat would have its eyes open. Annoyed cat would be batting that kid like they would an annoying kitten. Really annoyed and nervous cat would be hissing, and probably already out of the chair and hidden somewhere the baby couldn’t reach.
The cat looks that way because the kid poked it either in the whiskers, or the face at the very beginning of the vid. It’s observing to see if it’s worth relocating to avoid more contact, or if it’s better to sit where it is and not expend the precious energy it accumulated by sleeping 80% of the time
