This will probably be the last FNV Screenshot for a few days. I finished Honest Hearts, I want to take some time to let it process. I took this right before completing the DLC, while making a sort of Pilgrimage and following the terminals of the survivalist.

I ended up choosing to side with Joshua, though when he went to execute Salt-Upon-Wounds I convinced him to spare him. Ultimately I am happy with the ending I got.
Upon getting back to the Mojave, I decided to take the scenic route back and walk there.
The survivalist’s journals were the best part.
That’s the ending I usually choose. I like doing HH early in any playthrough to get A Light Shining In Darkness asap

I feel like this is a shader or texture mod that makes it look like World of Warcraft, I’d be interested in details too, OP.
I think it’s just a specific setpiece moment. You can see the texture of the rocks closer to the player on the right and they are pretty typical for FNV
My game is entirely vanilla. I just get very lucky at finding good shots
