I would hope the government could come to this conclusion through the review it’s already conducting, without the courts forcing it to act. This seems good to keep the pressure on, though.
A high ranking civil servant and subject matters expert on war crimes resigned recently over the governments complicity in war crimes. They know what they’re doing is illegal. They just don’t give a shit.
I was under impression arming terrorists was already illegal…
